Blue Pie has a new 24 hour help desk system here to manage any and all support issues. Please send an email to support@bluepie.com.au for all support issues and statement enquiries. The support desk is manned by Blue Pie staff between the hours of 8am to 6pm - Monday to Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays - Sydney Australia Time. Please make sure that you provide all the information and details relating to any support issue that you have. The more detail that we have the faster we can help to resolve the support request.
Please note that the support / help desk system will issue you a job ticket or receipt for your enquiry. If you did not get one from the system then you will need to enter the details in again. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the email receipt to be sent to you. The reason why some emails take this long is due to the number of mail servers and general spam filters that people use these days.
